Eugene Miller, author of The Vampire on Church Street, was born and raised just East of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He currently attends Portland State University where he is pursuing a M.A. in English with plans of also pursuing a M.Ed. degree. Eugene currently lives in Portland, Oregon where he enjoys writing, reading, and traveling. He has always had a passion for writing and hopes to continue publishing.
